Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Processing covers checking, packing, and forwarding your parcel to our logistics partner. You will receive a second notification with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Approximate Delivery Times
Delivery times below do not include weekends or public holidays, and are additional to the processing time above.
United States: approximately 7 to 16 business days, with tracking available.
Rest of the world: approximately 7 to 21 business days, with tracking availability varying by destination.
International Shipping
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for any delays that may occur. Tracking information is made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
Delayed Delivery
In rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated time frame. We are unable to control shipping times or unexpected delays en route, and we ask for your patience should this occur. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 to 60 business days, we will ship out a new package. Delays are more likely during busy holiday periods and promotions.
Canceling an Order
Once an order is placed we are not able to cancel it after 30 minutes, as your order may already have entered processing. Please email us at avenue24store@gmail.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order you have just made.
